To qualify as a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, you must have a minimum of 5 years of practice in the area of estate planning, demonstrate that you have extensive experience in the estate planning field, be recommended by other estate planning attorneys, pass a highly-competitive examination on the various aspects of estate planning, and be approved by the Board of Legal Specialization.
