Schedule an Estate Planning Consultation if you wish to consult with me regarding living trust planning, special needs planning (Supplemental Needs Trust), special planning for retirement plan assets (Retirement Plan Trust), charitable planning, or wealth preservation planning. There is currently no charge for this consultation (subject to change without notice).
Schedule a Trust Administration Consultation if you wish to consult with me about handling the post-death administration of a revocable or irrevocable trust of which you are the successor trustee, or if you are a beneficiary and you wish to consult about your rights as a beneficiary under an existing trust. These consultations are billed at an hourly rate of $500.00 per hour, with a minimum of one hour, due and payable at the time of the consultation.
Schedule a Plan Design Meeting if you have already hired me to prepare living trust based or other estate plan for you, and you have completed your homework and area ready to meet and complete the design. If you have not yet hired me but we have had an initial consultation already and you have now decided to hire me to do estate planning for you, then you may also schedule your Plan Design Meeting, provided you have also already downloaded and completed any necessary homework in preparation for the meeting.
Schedule a Signing Appointment if you have been notified by me that your estate planning is ready for signing. Please allow 2-3 business days advance notice of any date you schedule in order to give me time to do my final review and assembly of your plan, and arrange for a signing witness if necessary.
